Clever Duck Inspections takes your privacy seriously. Your inspection is confidential between you and your inspector. We will never sell your information to anyone, and we will not use software or services that do sell your information.
Unfortunately, there are home inspection software platforms that do collect and sell customer data. We do not use those, and never will.
Transparent Pricing
No Surprises
The cost of your inspection is based on two things: the square footage of the house, and its age.
We don't charge extra for using the infrared camera, the drone, the crawlspace robot, or any of the other equipment we bring to your inspection. We also won't charge you extra for travel to the inspection.
